Rex Hall CIC successfully managed the government contract for Playing for Success (PfS) in partnership with The Premier League, The Football League Trust, The Wooden Spoon, Premiership Rugby, Rugby Football League, The England and Wales Cricket Board, other sports and key organisations as well as local authorities. PfS has been a major success story over the last 12 years. The initiative has demonstrated how combining sport and learning and bringing together key players in partnership including government, education authorities and sporting and charitable bodies can raise aspirations and achievement and transform the lives of young people and their wider communities. Hundreds of thousands of children have experienced PfS and they have taken with them improved skills, greater self-esteem and the inspiration for a new start back at school.
